Description:

For the Department of the Army under subcontract to FC Business Systems, Inc., Alltech Services staff provided Independent Verification & Validation (IV & V) services fir the Army Civilian Career Evaluation (ACCES) System.

The Project involved formalized testing for the Army Civilian Career Evaluation System (ACCES). ACCES that manages the careers of more than 20,000 civilian professional employees in the Department of the Army. The system was developed using object oriented development techniques, ORACLE, and Powerbuilder in a UNIX/Windows NT client server environment. The testing was performed according to Mil Std 498 and included a Year 2000 compliance component. MS Project and MS Access were used to manage the development of nearly 1,000 test cases and the multiple executions of each of those test cases. The project involved managing several independent teams of testers.
